Privacy policy
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Zeski Labs, located in Madrid, Spain. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact privacy@zeskilabs.com.
2. Data and how the contact form works
The form lets you enter your name, company (optional), email address, project type and message. The page processes these fields in your browser to prepare a draft in your email application through a mailto link. The form does not automatically send those details to Zeski Labs or store them in a Site database. The message is transmitted to Zeski Labs only if you choose to send it from your email application.
If you contact us directly by email, we process the information you include and the technical data associated with receiving the message. Please do not include special categories of personal data or information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information received to answer enquiries, prepare requested quotes or take requested pre-contractual steps, and manage any resulting professional relationship. For general enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding. For quotes and services, it is taking requested pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, performing the contract. Processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation. We do not use these details to send unsolicited marketing.
4. Recipients and providers
The form contents do not reach our servers through the form itself. If you send the email draft, your email provider and Zeski Labs’ email provider take part in transmitting and receiving the message. The hosting provider may process technical connection data needed to serve and protect the Site.
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When requesting them, your browser connects to Google servers and may disclose technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The Site does not use analytics or advertising tools.
5. Retention
Details not sent from the email draft are not received or retained by Zeski Labs through the form. Messages we do receive are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship and, afterwards, for any periods needed to meet legal obligations or handle potential liabilities.
6. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to privacy@zeskilabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
7. Changes
We may update this policy if the Site, the activities described or applicable law changes. The revision date appears at the top.
